Originally from Bergamo, Italy, Sylvano Carrara moved to Miami Beach from New York in 1993. Franco Danovaro, a native of Colombia, has spearheaded landmark destinations since 1984 with a unique take on seafood based on out-of-this-world Peruvian cuisine paired with fresh ingredients, inventive chefs and impeccable service.

It all began in Callao, Peru in 1995 expanding to Miraflores and finally to Coral Gables in 2001! The romantically rustic white linen look takes one back to the roots of bold flavors and fine dining in Latin America. The cebiches (yes with a “b”) bring together the best seafood in town and produce extraordinary Peruvian deliciousness! A local destination for good French food and a good time, Le Bouchon du Grove, at the same location since 1994, is undergoing some subtle updates that will prove to keep Chef Christian Ville’s menu relevant and deliciously true to France’s gout du terroir.
Chef Ville’s resume includes names like Troisgros and Paul Bocuse, “The Chewton Glen” hotel in England, “Les Roches” in France and the very famous “La Mamounia” hotel.
